The "Arttyco" block of apartments consists of a variety of modern bedsits, 1 & 2 Bedroom apartments. Whilst of similar design, the apartments vary in terms of bed distributions - double beds, single beds, bunk beds, foldaway and sofa-beds. In the majority of cases, the maximum capacity of an apartment is obtained by the use of a sofa-bed in the living area. The building has underground parking available at a small extra fee. Opposite the block are a couple of small stores for purchasing basic supplies whilst the main supermarkets are located in the lower squares. The block has an ideal location, being right next to the Parador chairlift making for easy access to the lower squares and other lifts to the slopes. There is also a good selection of quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity for eating out. The main nightlife scene is a short 5 minute walk down the road from the building. * A damage deposit is required on arrival to be used as a guarantee against material damages and excessive cleaning fees. * Linen, hand towels and electricity is included. This apartment immediately offers a sense of great room and space to manouevre whilst having the extra comfort of carpeting throughout creating a warming homely environment. The bedrooms are basic, one has two single beds pushed together as a double, with another single set in the opposite corner of the room sleeping a total of 3 people. The second bedroom is somewhat of a dormitory. The elongated room has three single beds and a bunk bed and yet still just has space for the occupants to move around in. This second bedroom is in a sectioned off area to the rest of the apartment with it's own full bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Another bathroom is found in the main part of the apartment as well as a self-contained kitchen with a hatch into the living area. The lounge space is really what makes this apartment so nice and cosy and an ideal choice for families with several children or groups with no specific preferences on sleeping arrangements.

This bright and airy duplex apartment is well located within easy reach of the Parador chairlift and the Maribel piste. This spacious four-bedroom apartment is very accessible and in good condition, making an excellent choice for larger groups or families. The apartment comes with both central heating and centrally heated water, thereby providing the additional benefit of not having to wait for water to heat up once the boilers are refilling. The bedrooms consist of two small bunk-rooms and another more moderately sized bunk-room, all equipped with good sturdy bunk beds, (although none of the upper bunks have safety rails), for two people in each room and wardrobes in each.
