About property

This lovely apartment is located in a prime position in the mid-zone. It is close to the mid-stop of the Parador chairlift (about 100 metres away) which takes just four minutes to go down to the lower zone where the main lifts up to the slopes are located together with the majority of shops and restaurants. In addition the Maribel piste is close by, which enables those able to ski a blue run to ski down to the central square and the gondolas for access to the main pistes, and to practically ski back to the door at the end of the day. In the vicinity are a couple of convenience stores and some good restaurants and 500 metres down the road is the main night-life scene for the party animals.

There are some great pluses with this comfortable apartment: It's lovingly refurbished and redecorated (2017), it´s larger than the majority of new build two-bedroomed apartments in the resort, parquet flooring throughout (except the kitchen) and, being privately owned, has been furnished and decorated with more personal thought and taste as a home rather than just a pure base.

The entrance corridor has space for hanging wet gear and skis without traipsing through the apartment with them. The remodelled shower-room is roomy and tastefully decorated and tiled.

Moving forward from the bathroom is the separate kitchen that has a useful hatch into the living area for passing food and dishes through. The kitchen has a four ring electric hob, dishwasher, microwave oven and kettle, as well as all the essential cooking facilities for five or more people.

The living area is open plan and spacious with a clear division between the dining and lounge areas, offering a very homely environment well equipped with thermo-controlled wall heaters. Large windows line the majority of the facade of the building making this a very bright and airy apartment offering great views over the ski village, pistes and further out across the valley to some stunning sunsets! The sofa opens out to a double sofa-bed where additional oocupants are required.

Leading off from the lounge area are the two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a good sturdy bunk bed. The bedrooms are compact but comfy where thought has focussed more to the idea of creating a larger living space to enhance the general living experience whilst catering for a good comfy nights' sleep. Sliding doors for the bedrooms add to the extra functionality of generating more usable space.

The maximum recommended occupancy is for 5 people although with the use of the double sofa-bed, 6 people can be happily catered for although some may deem it a little compact for this many people and the hot water capacity would become limited for several consecutive showers.

Designated street parking areas are available nearby* although it is possible to drive up to the apartment block itself for offloading on arrival.

*During busy periods, these areas can fill up quickly and it may be necessary to park further away once unloaded.
