This apartment building is set directly above Sierra Nevada's main nightlife scene, making it a potentially noisy place to be at night, particularly during peak periods. From an aesthetic perspective, the apartment building itself is tired and in need of general maintenance in many of the stairwells and corridors.
The apartments here offer no luxuries to speak of although this one has had an element of attention paid to it to spruce it up a little with repainted walls, new bunk beds and mattresses etc. It is still, however, very much a practical option providing somewhere to sleep where the prime focus of your trip is to spend as much time out and about and on the slopes! All the essentials are provided in a basic, no-frills fashion.
This studio has an area towards the end of the living space with a semi-private division that does not close off completely from the rest of the living space. In it is a set of bunk beds that folds down to serve as a single bed when there are less occupants. The lounge area has a double sofa-bed. This studio actually has sleeping for a fifth person with an additional single bed beside the bunk bed.
There is a shower-room upon entry to the accommodation. A simple kitchenette provides cooking facilities for basic cooking requirements. Wardrobes and storage space are limited, especially where maximum occupancy applies.
There is a large terrace which gives a much more favourable perspective to the relatively small living space, allowing you to take in the fresh air and enjoy the spectacular sunsets at the end of the day!
